A Good Time To Buy in District 204 Metea Valley High School Area

The world of real estate is very much like the stock market or commodities market.  Buying and selling of real estate should be looked at the same as buying and selling stocks or commodities.  In reality, REAL ESTATE IS A COMMODITY.  The selling price of a commodity is established by the buyer.

Many people feel that real estate is a product, and price is established by the seller, like a hamburger.  When is the last time you went to the hamburger place and negotiated the price of their hamburger?  When pricing is established by the seller, we are dealing with a product.  When pricing is established by the buyer, we are dealing with a COMMODITY.  A buyer will pay what they feel is a good value for a home.

Currently, there is about a 16 months supply of homes, both attached and detached, on the market in the boundary areas of Metea Valley High School.  The fallacy of this statement is the assumption no more homes will come on the market.  The truth is, many of these homes on the market will never sell because sellers are pricing the home as a product, and not as a COMMODITY.

YES !  IT IS A GOOD TIME TO BUY A HOME IN METEA VALLEY HIGH SCHOOL boundaries.  In a Buyers Market, sellers are more willing to negotiate.  There are many more homes for sale, they are taking longer to sell, and sellers are reducing prices and more frequently paying a portion of the closing costs.  Don’t be misled, you will not steal a home, or buy one at half price, but a very good price versus value can be achieved.
